Access to Work Coaching programme
Structured 12-week programme
Designed to support individuals whose ADHD or related neurodivergent challenges are affecting workplace performance, wellbeing, productivity and consistency. Delivered by a certified nutrition coach and advanced ADHD coach, the programme integrates personalised coaching with evidence-informed strategies that align with workplace demands and individual needs.
Access to Work is a UK government support programme that provides funding for workplace support where a disability or health condition creates barriers to employment; this can include coaching and tailored interventions to help you stay in work, perform effectively and manage work-related challenges. Programme Focus
Over the course of 12 weeks, you will work one-to-one to build practical skills, adaptive strategies and personalised systems in areas including:
Workplace readiness and maintenance - strategies to manage ADHD-related barriers such as time management, task initiation, prioritisation and workload flow.
Executive functioning support - establishing routines that strengthen focus, reduce overwhelm and improve consistency across work tasks.
Nutrition and neuroregulation - tailored nutrition-informed guidance to support dopamine balance, energy regulation, appetite patterns and eating behaviours that impact cognitive performance and workplace stamina.
Stress and emotional regulation - practical tools to reduce reactive eating, emotional dysregulation and energy dips that undermine productivity and wellbeing.
Self-advocacy and workplace support planning - empowering you to articulate your needs (including within Access to Work applications), negotiate adjustments, and sustain progress beyond the programme timeframe.
This programme is structured, measurable and supportive, with a focus on sustainable changes that benefit both your professional performance and overall wellbeing.
