"EAT WELL with ADHD" is a weight neutral, supportive 12-week small-group coaching programme designed to help you make peace with food, conquer the overwhelm, and build lasting habits that align with your life and goals.
Through my signature EAT WELL with ADHD framework, you’ll learn ADHD-friendly strategies to manage food impulsivity, dopamine-driven eating, and the challenges that often keep you feeling stuck.
Programme Details
This is an engaging, interactive journey where you’ll learn how to manage common ADHD challenges and truly transform your relationship with food. Each week, we’ll dive into one aspect of the EAT WELL with ADHD approach, covering practical tools for mindful eating, nutrition, routines, self-compassion, and flexibility. You’ll gain insights and skills to handle food cravings, make consistent choices, and let go of the inner critic and guilt.
This group programme is perfect if you can check off three or more of the following:

12 Weeks of Virtual Small-Group Coaching: Tailored to support ADHD-friendly learning, with live weekly Zoom calls and new modules each week.
Accountability & Check-Ins: Two-weekly accountability check ins and personalised feedback, so you stay on track and supported.
Private Group Chat for Between-Session Support: Connect, share wins, and get guidance when you need it most.
